How do I sign up?

I have not received an offer to sign-up, can I create an email account?
We are not able to offer new email accounts at this time, only customers that have received an offer to sign-up from their existing service provider's will be able to complete this process.
I have multiple email accounts - do I need to register each?
If your email accounts are separate mailboxes, each account would be classified as primary account.

- Each email address is billed and administered separately
- We do not currently offer discounts for multiple email addresses
If you have a primary account and one or more aliases

- You only need to complete the sign-up for the primary email address
- Existing aliases that are attached to the primary email account will be transferred to us, no additional sign-up is required
- There is no charge for existing aliases

What payment methods do you accept?

What if I don't sign-up and pay?
- If you choose not sign-up before the date provided by your current service provider, your email account will be suspended
- Restrictions will be applied to your email account
- If you don't complete the sign-up and payment within 90 days of the date provided by your current service provider (or as stated on our sign-up page), your email account will be deleted. Once it has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Do you offer refunds?
- As per our Critical Information Summary, your email account subscription is charged upfront, and we do not offer full or partial refunds for any term already paid, except as provided for in our Terms of service.
