This article will assist you to change your payment method to ensure it remains current and delete a payment method that is no longer valid.

Accepted payment methods
- We accept credit/debit card and PayPal.
- We do not currently accept BPAY, cheques, bank transfers, direct debit or payment details via email/phone.
- If you have migrated from another service provider, we did not receive your payment details from your previous provider due to privacy and security reasons. You will need to provide a payment method
Add another payment method
- Sign in to My Account using your email address and password. Once signed in, you will be taken to My Account
- Select ADD CARD or PayPal
- Follow the steps on screen for your payment method
OR
- Once added, your new payment method will appear in My payment methods
Change primary payment method
Prerequisites
Before you can set a different payment method as the primary payment method, you must have more than one payment method in My Account.

- Sign in to My Account using your email address and password. Once signed in, you will be taken to My Account
- For your preferred payment method, select SET AS PRIMARY under the correct payment method
- If you see the green success message, your primary payment method has been updated
Update payment method expiry date
- Add your card again as a new payment method - Add another payment method
- Set the updated card as the primary payment method (new expiry date) - Change primary payment method
- Remove the old payment method (previous expiry date) - Delete a payment method
Delete a payment method
Prerequisites
To delete a payment method, you must have more than one payment method in My Account. You cannot remove your existing primary payment method. Set another payment method as your primary payment method first, before removing what was previously your primary payment method.

- Sign in to My Account using your email address and password. Once signed in, you will be taken to My Account
- For the payment method you wish to remove, select REMOVE
- If you see the green success message, your selected payment method has been removed
Delete all payment methods
Removing all payment methods is not recommended.
- The security of your information is important to us, so we use a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v4.0
- Removing all payment methods may cause interruption to your email service
To request all payment methods are deleted;
- Ensure your current subscription has been processed and you have received an invoice showing payment was completed
- Email support@junara.com from your email account registered with us to request we delete your primary/all payment method/s from our system
- We aim to action your request within five business days after confirming your identity, payment status and request details
