Your email account subscription is charged upfront. You may be eligible for a full refund if you change your mind within 14 days of:

• making your first payment; or

• your annual renewal payment.

This 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to monthly renewal payments.

Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, we do not offer full or partial refunds for a subscription term for which you have already paid. Other refund rights may apply under our Terms of Service.
