To reset your password
- Enter webmail.junara.com into the address bar of your browser
- Select Reset my password

Enter your email address & mobile phone number, then select REQUEST PASSWORD RESET
Note
Only a valid UK mobile number can currently be used in this process. If you did not register with a mobile number, or you registered with an overseas mobile number you will need to contact the support team for assistance.

Once you have the One Time Pin (OTP) that was sent to your mobile phone, enter the OTP on this page, then select SUBMIT
- Enter your new password, re-enter your new password to confirm, then select SUBMIT

Your password has now been changed.
Note
After resetting your password, make sure to update your password in any email applications you are using. This includes updating both the incoming and outgoing server settings.
