This article will walk you through how to disable two-factor authentication on Webmail.
Prerequisites
- Email Address
- Email Password
- Access to your current authenticator app
- Sign in to MyAccount

Select Security, then select Remove in the Authenticator app section
- Enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App (or a recovery code), then select Remove method
- You will see the notification at the top-right corner that your verification method has been removed
