Sign-up process

If you have received an offer to sign-up to Junara, this guide will provide the steps on how to complete this process.

 

Note
We are not able to offer new email accounts at this time, only customers who have received an offer to sign-up from their existing service provider will be able to complete this process.

 

  1. Visit your existing service providers email transfer support page for more information
  2. To start the sign-up process visit: https://account.junara.com/signup
  3. Enter your Email address, then select Sign up

  4. Enter the 6-digit one-time code sent to your email address, then select Verify

  5. Select PAY MONTHLY or PAY YEARLY

  6. Confirm Select under the plan of your choice, then select Next

  7. Enter your details, complete the required acknowledgements, then select Next

  8. A 6-digit one-time code will be sent to your mobile phone, Enter verification code, then select Verify

  9. Review the PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS, enter and confirm your new password, then select Next

  10. MFA set up (OPTIONAL)

Select Skip for now if you do not wish to set up MFA

Set up MFA
  • Before setting up MFA, install an authenticator app on your mobile phone by following this article:
    How to install an authenticator app
     
  • Once the authenticator app is installed, return to the sign-up page and scan the QR code
    using the app
     
  • After scanning the QR code, enter the 6-digit code shown in the authenticator app,
    then select Verify

  • Save the 10 recovery codes in a safe place. Select I've saved these codes somewhere safe
    then select Done

  1. Select your preferred payment method
     
    • If you select Credit or debit card, enter your card details, then select Pay

    • If you select PayPal, follow the prompts to complete your payment

  2. Please wait while your payment is being processed

  3. If you see Welcome to Junara!, your sign-up is complete
    A paid invoice will be emailed to you once your payment has been processed
    Your Account summary will also be displayed
