This article provides instructions on how to check quota information using Mail on Mac device.
Instructions may vary depending on the device and version of the email client you are using.
Open the Mail app on your Mac and make sure you can see the Mail sidebar
If Mail sidebar is not showing, you can open this by clicking View > Show Sidebar or Show Mailbox List from the menu bar
Either right-click or hold Control and click one of your account mailboxes (like Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc.) and select Get Account Info
In the pop-up window, select Quota Limits
Note: It may take time to list all folders in the account you select, depending on the size of the items. You can see the progress on the bottom left of the window.
