This support page provides information on how to close or transfer the ownership of an email account if the account holder is medically unfit.
How to close an email account and/or transfer ownership

- Ensure all the documentation stated below is included
- Failing to provide the required documents as outlined may result in delays processing or accepting your request
- Requests to transfer account ownership will be considered at our discretion
Please submit copies of the following documents:
- Your Power of attorney or court order, or an official note or letter from a doctor outlining the relevant circumstances
The declaration should include:
- The current account holder's full name, email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number registered with the account
- The requesting party's full name, address, date of birth and mobile phone number
- The requested action (i.e. account closure or account transfer)
- The relationship of the requesting party
Our team will review your request, if we agree to process your request, you may be required to provide additional documentation or identification before the request can be processed.
