How to request transfer of account ownership
- Please email support@junara.com
- Ensure all the information below is included in your request:
- The current account holder's full name, email address, date of birth, and phone number registered with the account
- A statement requesting the service is to be transferred to the proposed account holder and the reason for this request
- The proposed new account holder details:
- Full name
- Address
- Mobile phone number
- Confirmation that you have:
- Obtained authorisation from the proposed account holder to transfer the stated services into their name, and
- That the proposed account holder has agreed to the Terms of service provided by Junara as published on our website:
- Our team will review your request, if we agree to process your request, you may be required to provide additional documentation or identification before the request can be processed
