This article will provide the steps to locate and update the mail settings using the Mail app on iPhone / iPad

- From the home screen, open Settings
- Scroll down and select Mail or Apps, then select Mail
- Select Accounts or Mail Accounts
- Select the account you want to see the settings for
- Select Account Settings
- Update the INCOMING MAIL SERVER details:
- Host Name: imap.junara.com
- Username: Enter your full email address
- Password: Enter your password
- Select Advanced
- Scroll down and set INCOMING SETTINGS:
- Ensure that Use SSL is enabled
- Server Port: 993
- Select Back
- Select SMTP
- Select Primary server
- Update the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER details:
- Host Name: smtp.junara.com
- Username: Enter your full email address
- Password: Enter your password
- Ensure that Use SSL is enabled
- Server PORT: 587
- Select Done
- Return to the Mail app and your email should now be working as expected
