This guide is for the first time you select a subscription plan with our service. If you have previously selected a plan, but wish to change plans, please view this guide: Change plan
- Review the available plan options on our pricing page
- Sign in to My Account using your email address and password. Once signed in, you will be taken to My Account
- Under Select a plan, select Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly, then SELECT your new plan. (Search for How much storage do I need?)

Select your payment method or add a new payment method then select the PAY £ NOW option

Your payment method will be charged immediately - Once processed, you will see a successful payment message
