If your email account is currently active, but you had requested it be cancelled at the end of your current term, it's not too late to change this request. Follow the steps in this guide to keep your email account.

Sign in to My Account by entering your Email address
- Enter you email Password then select Sign In, or select Sign in another way
- Select the Subscriptions menu on the left
- On your Current subscription, select Keep my subscription

If you see a green message confirming "Scheduled changes removed" in the top right corner of the screen, your cancellation has been stopped and your current plan will remain active and should renew automatically (if a valid payment method is on file at that time)
