My Account can be used to manage your plan and update your payment information.
Sign in to My Account
- Enter account.junara.com into the address bar of your browser
- Enter your email address and password, then select SIGN IN
Issues signing in
If you are having issues signing in, check the following:
- You are entering the full email address including the @ symbol and your domain. For example, First.Lastname@themessaging.co
- Ensure the password you are entering is correct and it is not being overridden by your browser. Check that you have updated or turned off autofill.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can either:
- If you have access to email in another email application - you can receive a one-time code by selecting the Sign in another way option. More information on this here: Sign in to Webmail, manage subscriptions and payments using a one-time code
- If you do NOT have access to email - you can reset your password by selecting the Reset my password option or by visiting this page: Reset password / Unable to sign in
