This article will walk you through how to download an attachment to your device or save it to My Files.
How to download to your device
- Select the Download on the attachment thumbnail
- A message will confirm that the file is downloading
How to save to My Files
Select Save to My Files on the attachment thumbnail
Notice
We'll soon be removing the My Files feature from our webmail due to limited use.
From 12th September 2026, My Files will no longer be available.
- A message will be displayed confirming that the file has been saved to My Files in webmail
