Accepted payment methods

• We accept credit/debit card and PayPal.
• We do not currently accept BPAY, cheques, bank transfers, direct debit or payment details via email/phone.
• If you have migrated from another service provider, we did not receive your payment details from your previous provider due to privacy and security reasons. You will need to add your payment method/s

Add another payment method

1. Sign in to My Account by entering your Email address
   
   
    
2. Enter you email Password then select Sign In, or select Sign in another way
   
   
    
3. Select the Payment methods menu on the left 
   
   
    
4. Select Add payment method 
   
   
    
5. Select a payment method type from the options listed 
   
   
    
6. Follow the steps on screen to enter your payment method, and ensure Make default payment method is checked 
   
   
   
   OR 
   
   
    
7. Select Add payment method or complete the PayPal request
8. Once added, a green success message will briefly appear in the top right corner, and your new payment method will appear in the Payment methods menu 
   
   
    

Change default payment method

1. Sign in to My Account by entering your Email address
   
   
    
2. Enter you email Password then select Sign In, or select Sign in another way
   
   
    
3. For your preferred payment method, select Make default under the correct payment method 
   
   
    
4. A green success message will briefly appear in the top right corner, your default payment method has been updated. The payment method/s will be marked as preferred 
   
   
    

Update payment method expiry date

1. Add your card again as a new payment method - Add another payment method
2. Set the updated card as the DEFAULT method (new expiry date) - Change primary payment method
3. Remove the old payment method (previous expiry date) - Delete a payment method

Delete a payment method

1. Sign in to My Account by entering your Email address
   
   
    
2. Enter you email Password then select Sign In, or select Sign in another way
   
   
    
3. Select the Payment methods menu on the left
   
   
    
4. Select Remove for the payment method you wish to remove 
   
   
    
5. Read the information pop up, then select Remove 
   
   
    
6. If successful, your Payment methods screen will show your current payment method/s, and the deleted payment method will no longer be showing 
   
   
    

Delete all payment methods

Removing all payment methods is not recommended.

• The security of your information is important to us, so we use a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v4.0
• Removing all payment methods may cause interruption to your email service

To request all payment methods are deleted;

1. Ensure your current subscription has been processed and you have received an invoice showing payment was completed
2. Email support@junara.com from your email account registered with us to request we delete your default/all payment method/s from our system
3. We aim to action your request within five business days after confirming your identity, payment status and request details
