We’ll soon be removing the My Files feature from our webmail due to limited use. This means we can focus our ongoing improvements on the features our customers use most.
When does this take effect?
From 12 September 2026, My Files will no longer be available.
Do I need to do anything?
If you don’t use My Files in webmail, you don’t need to do anything. Your email, contacts, calendar and other webmail features will continue to work as usual.
If you have anything stored in My Files in webmail, please download any files you want to keep and save them somewhere else before this date
After 12 September 2026, My Files will no longer be available, and you won’t be able to access files stored there.
Not sure if you use My Files?
Sign in to webmail. (A blue sign-in button is at the top of our website.)
Open the top left menu by selecting the nine dots or three small lines.
Select My Files to see if you have any files saved.
