This article will guide you on how to check your spam folder, email rules, and auto-forwarding settings in Webmail to help locate missing emails.
Occasionally, emails you are expecting may be sent to your spam folder, blocked by email rules, or forwarded to another email address due to your auto-forwarding settings.
Find missing emails in spam folder
- Select Spam folder
- Scan your spam folder to check whether the missing email is there
- Use the Search option in your spam folder to help locate the missing email
- If you are unable to find the missing email, check all other folders in the right-side menu
- If you are still unable to find the missing email, it may have been blocked by an email rule
Checking email rules
- To check email rules, select the app selector
(top left of screen)
- Select Settings
- Select Mail
- Scroll to Email rules, then select the trash icon next to the rule to remove
- The selected rule has now been removed
Checking auto-forwarding
- To check auto-forwarding, select the app selector
(top left of screen)
- Select Settings
- Select Mail
- Scroll to Automatically forward emails to other email addresses
- Select Edit and make sure auto-forward is disabled
Still haven't received the email?
If you are still not receiving emails from a certain sender, add the sender's email address or domain to the Allow List in webmail, then ask the sender to send the email again.
How to add an email address to the allow list
- Select the app selector
(top left of screen)
- Select Settings
- Select Mail
- Scroll to Allow / Block Lists and select Edit
- In the Allow field, enter the email address or domain that you would like to allow
- Select Save
- Please ask the sender to send the email again
