This article will walk you through how to request read receipts on Webmail.
When composing an email, select the down arrow next to SEND
Warning
Don't select SEND otherwise your email will send without being requesting a read receipt
- Select Request read receipt
- Select anywhere on the email outside of the pop-up menu to confirm
